Physiotherapy is a form of therapy that focuses on improving an individual’s physical function and mobility. Equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and balance boards may be incorporated into sessions to promote physical development. Physiotherapy is commonly incorporated in a variety of conditions such as down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other neurological disorders.
