If you are accessing or using the services on behalf of a child, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or an individual legally authorized to provide the child’s information and consent on the child’s behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the services immediately.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment booking and scheduling

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

By registering an account or using the services, you agree that:

  • You will maintain and promptly update your information where necessary
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials

The website, mobile application, screening tools, educational materials, developmental programmes, and related services are provided for informational, developmental support, screening, educational, and administrative purposes only.

The services are not intended to:

  • Replace professional medical, psychological, developmental, educational, or therapeutic assessment or intervention
  • Serve as emergency medical or crisis services
  • Guarantee developmental, educational, behavioural, or therapeutic outcomes

Any screening results, developmental observations, recommendations, or reports may require further professional assessment or consultation by qualified healthcare, developmental, educational, or allied health professionals.

If there are urgent medical, psychological, or safety concerns, users should seek immediate assistance from the appropriate qualified professionals or emergency services.

5. Consent for Collection and Processing of Information

By using the services, you acknowledge and consent that we may collect, use, store, process, and disclose personal information, including information relating to a child, for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Assessment administration and service coordination
  • Appointment management and operational support
  • Quality assurance and service improvement

You further acknowledge and consent that relevant information may be shared with:

  • Healthcare, developmental, educational, or allied health professionals
  • Assessment providers or partner organizations

  • Authorized contractors, consultants, or service providers
  • Regulatory authorities or governmental bodies where required by law
